The Belmont series offers three variations of an elegant, two-story Carriage Home, with either a full basement or walkout lower level. Both the Belmont I and II feature a front porch façade.

The Belmont I caters to those who favor the formality of a living room and dining room. The rooms are rendered as one continuous common living space separated only by a pair of architectural columns. The rear of this home is given over to informal, family living space that unites the kitchen and eating area with a family room focused on comfort. Floor-to-ceiling glass along the back enhances the feeling of openness, intensifies the wash of sunlight and provides access to a rear deck. The owners’ suite occupies more than half the second floor and features vaulted ceilings, an enormous walk-in closet and a luxury five-piece bath with very generous proportions. A one-car garage allows the interior of this carriage home to expand and feel larger than many single-family detached homes. An open staircase to the lower level invites more finished living space, now or in the future.

The Belmont II, the only floor plan in the series that offers a two-car garage, makes the most of an informal design that unites all the common living areas into one open flowing space. The exceptionally large kitchen incorporates generous counter space and even includes the option of an island. Open to the great room and dining room that flow across the rear of the home, the kitchen becomes the hub of daily living and the focus of entertaining. A triple slider to the deck off the great room balances the three floor-to-ceiling dining room windows on the other side of a fireplace that serves both rooms. The open staircase to the second floor leads to an owners’ suite as opulent and expansive as those in most upscale detached homes, one that includes vaulted ceilings, two walk-in closets and the largest luxury bath of any model in the community. The option of finishing the lower level is even more attractive because of the open staircase from the main level.

The Belmont III offers a very similar floor plan to that of the Belmont II.  The exception is that it includes a one-car garage, which allows the first floor to incorporate an office/den off an expansive foyer, and a large first-floor laundry next to the kitchen.
